The person picking up the phones is terribly rude. I contacted this law office last week and spoke both times with a woman named Michelle. I explained to her that I had a relative whom just passed and that I was named as a beneficiary in her Will. The power of attorney before her death is not a relative and I believe has been wasting her funds and possibly taken advantage of her.
