I came on time for my appointment but the office kept me waiting for almost an hour! The initial fees/consultation was ridiculously high compared to other CPAs and their services. They charged you by the hour during your first visit even if you decided not to retain them. Stupid me I ended up walking out of there paying \$800. I later found another CPA firm that only charged me for services after completion and they were excellent with their communicaiton and services.Those people were even more knowledgeable and friendly.
