Kenny and Rusty both did an incredible job with my loan, they guided me through the process, answering all my questions. They both were responsive to all of my phone calls and picked up on the first ring every time. They also worked extremely well with my realtor and insurance agent and we were able to close in record time despite obstacles.
Kenny & his team are excellent communicators! They were always giving me an update as to the status of the loan and what was needed either from the client or me. Professionalism at it's BEST!!!!
Kenny was so unpleasant to work with. As first-time homebuyers exploring DPA programs in Greensboro, we needed someone familiar with available assistance options and willing to learn how to navigate them. Kenny was neither familiar nor willing to learn.
