I had a great experience with Ken Pope and his office staff. They are very helpful, patient and knowledgeable; we worked over the phone & thru emails. In person meetings are available too.

I had hoped I didn’t have to write this review again but I just got a power of attorney done and Mr Pope and I had agreed on the conditions and payment of it . When I try to confront him he just puts me to another staff and won’t resolve it with me . . The power of attorney arrived with no invoice on it .
