Have a trust and will which were transferred to this firm by the original attorney. Met with Mr. Leach twice, felt he was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. However, when I recently called his office to ask a question (for which I was willing/intending to pay) my call was never returned. At that time, since he was holding my trust/will, I was very concerned - so wrote a letter of inquiry. Received no reply.
Had Leach do trust and other documents for my wife and I. That part we think was done ok. But, requested help to transfer some property deeds and could never get them to do anything. Sent an email to Mr. Leach about his staff being unresponsive and I never received a response. Watch out!!
I called after another attorney completely mishandled a probate case. I spoke to a paralegal who completely took time to hear me out and help me out and scheduled an appointment with Mr. Leach. I already feel much better than dealing with the last joke of an attorney/Senator.
Kenn is a great attorney and very patient when he explains wills, trusts, etc.
Relaxed atmosphere, good people to have working on your behalf.
