I recently ordered school pictures for my daughter. I was mailed the pictures and was sent another student’s pictures. I called Kenneth Brown and informed them of the error. I was told they would mail me my daughter’s photos. I received the photos and the package was incomplete, this is now the second time I have had to contact them as they continue to get my order wrong. Waiting to hear back from them. Frustrating
Great professional group of photographers. Have asked, answered every single question and did a great job of taking pictures for our school.
The best in town! Everyone is so friendly and they gave us beautiful photos of our daughter for senior portraits.
