I really like the chair yoga as well as the FIT & ACTIVE classes. Friendly people!
A great place to meet friends and enjoy a wide variety of activities. There's something for everyone here including my favorite every Friday afternoon,the live music with the JAMMERS ! (from 1:00-3:00)There's a wonderful cafe here too.
I go for seniors bingo on Mon and Fri it's fun and maybe you can win.
Took a tour. Place is great. Lots of activities and programs. Affordable too
