People used kerosene heater on 6 floors 1 floor the whole hallways smells like weed dog pee in elevator floor and all around hallways dog barking at 230 am till 3 most of time no security at night people going in and out building all times at night wouldn’t recommend this place it’s going downhill people also complain too much for no reason. Well it's not on the best side of Reading pa,but the apartments are nice and cozy,if ur a single person n the rent isn't that much n u don't have to pay for any utilities only $5 a month for an air conditioner!!
