I am thankful that I saw the blog online with Tina explaining the balancing of the final accounting for a probate. Awful experience overall. Mary met with me in January for my consult, said she would review my case with Jason & let me know if it was something he could help with. She assured me she would get back to me the following week. Fast forward to almost two months later, she only reached out because I personally had someone else contact the office & I also emailed her asking for an update. Kennedy and Ruhsam provided excellent service at a very reasonable cost for a fairly involved project over a year and a half. At every step Scott the attorney gave expert advice and guidance, while Tina, the paralegal, dispatched a heavy volume of work, was always pleasant, and ever available for consultation.
We worked directly with Scott Ruhsam and Mary Willink. My wife and I really appreciated everything this firm did for us. We were always treated very well and with respect. At one point we requested the firm take over completely and it was like a weight was lifted off of our shoulders.
