I am extremely disappointed with the conduct of John Spender and Christopher Ragozzino. Throughout my dealings with them, I was repeatedly misinformed and charged for minimal work that offered very little value. They performed unnecessary tasks that only seemed to increase their fees and consistently failed to act in my best interests.
