Their quality has nose-dived over the years and they could care less. I've had numerous issues with how the lid locks on their full-size 29" chests. After the lid is closed and "locked" there is significant bounce/play in the lid if you attempt to open it. Other units Kennedy makes (about 1/4 the price too) do NOT have the same play. I've owned and looked at numerous other Kennedy's and they all functioned beautifully, so I would expect one of their higher-end units to be the same or better, they were not.
