I love the one star rating from some Carissa lady, Maybe the problems with you, Lady. Or should I say Karen? 🤷♂️ The Customer Service with this company is top-notch. I’m pretty sure I’ve spoken to every employee that works there and every single one of them is extremely kind and extremely helpful the quality of their lumber for surpasses the junk at Lowe’s and Home Depot for sure And the stuff that I’ve bought so far which is a fair amount of lumber has been cheaper than Lowe’s. The young fella working in there made me feel like I owed him something. Instead of saying good after noon how can I help you, he looks pissed and said yes. Umm I didn’t pick this Job for you. If I were to pick id have you cleaning toilets in the back with tha attitude. So yes if you want good service go somewhere else.
