Unprepared never took the time to set down and talk with me about my case. Comes to court with alcohol on his breath and doesn't have a driver's license because of several DUI's or DWI"s to his credit. His neglegence cost me 6 months away from my grandchildren and all the ones I love. I paid my dues and I am still paying without the financial means to pay.
Unprepared did not know my case at all. Do not ask the witnesses any questions at all that were appropriate because he did not ever read the information in the case. I lost my case because he was not prepared.
