Zero customer service and rude! They never payout MoneyGram payments but are super quick to send money! Money Gram should remove you as an agent. If there was a zero star option I would give it to you for the bad service I experienced yesterday.

They’re employees are liars as they didnt wanted to cash me $1500 that i wanted to receive through money gram. First the lady working there told me that there’s a problem with my transaction and later told me that they don’t cash out more than $500 in a moneygram transfer

First time I went and took out a loan, very helpful. But as soon as I wanted to renew my loan, these people were rude. They had asked me to bring my paystub. I said okay, I'll be back. I called at least 6 times and spoke to the guy there, and everytime I asked if they just needed the recent paystub, I was told they're busy and with a client and to call back in 5 mins. I called back many times and as soon as he heard me, he said hes busy and to call back and then before I could finish my sentence he hung up the phone. At firs... read more
