I ordered two packing cubes February 16. I never received the order. I emailed, called, messaged on Instagram and never got a response. I texted the number and spoke with kayce who was very nice and understanding. She didn’t understand why the order wasn’t shipped out. She left a note for the owner to follow up and no one ever did. They are very accommodating and helpful with short notice requests. Friendly and lovely little shop with tons of cute kids things!
Best place in town to get all of your monogramming done!! Highly recommend!!
