Very poor service , no one pick up a phone when calling its just music playing! Keep asking to press prompts & all promts is just annoying music playing to have you to seat there & listerning to it to keep asking to prompting!its annoying

Used for a HELOC which was easy to set up, and have been paying regularly every single month. Never log into the website because I use someone else for checking and savings and recently just wanted to give them more money to pay this thing down faster. Because I don't have any idea other than my automatic payments any recent activity on my account, I physically need to walk into a branch, in order to reset my password. DONT trust the manager Jodie, She has been known to talk about customer private information while getting drunk at bars. I’ve been told Information I should have never been told. How this woman isn’t fired is beyond me
