Robin was so patient and kind, helping me find the perfect shoe. First, we started with a thermographic mat to gauge my arch, then I was properly sized with a separate device. Robin listened to my list of injuries and heard my concerns. She was so thorough and attentive while grabbing multiple shoes for me to try on. I received top-notch service and supported a beautiful local family's business.
Great customer service and really helpful team
Second time visiting this establishment. We were staying in Kennebunkport from Phoenix, AZ. The family owned store has a fantastic selection of name clothes and related products for the outdoors. Name brands like Vuori, Patagonia, Hokas, Faherty, Peter Millar, Smartwool, Olukai, and FR Fly. I found a Belted Cow men's belt, but not in my size. Robin, owner called Belted Cow Corporate office in Cumberland Foreside, ME. I bought the belt here and went there to pick up belt. It was sitting on a table in a bag with my name on it.... read more
KO is a great little store. They carry really nice brands. The location is pretty good too! Staff was very helpful and friendly.
