This has happened on two separate occasions. The first time I called 45 minutes before I had to be somewhere and they completely forgot about me and I had to reschedule my appointment. And then today I called at 230 to be picked up at 330 for a 4 pm appointment and at 335 I called again to see what was happening and the answer I got was they were short staffed. I'm sorry but that is not my problem. I called you an hour before my pickup time. That should be more than enough time to plan to pick me up. They still hadn't showed... read more
Good taxi, but to often you basically have to call them an hour or more before you need to be where you need to be, because they say 20 minutes but it's usually more like 45.
gave me a 25 minute wait time, came before 20 minutes and instead of calling like a normal taxi company just honked and left before we could actually leave
