Friendly staff
Employees are always very nice , but have had nothing but issues the past few years with the on-line portal and my account being updated. Also on one account they paid a $300 charge from a scam company and there wasn't enough money in account so they covered it. Well that account is only for certain things and I only keep enough in there for that. And also getting ATM charges from all over the place and wasn't me . Still havnt heard back on that yet.
