Always late even when you have to go to have surgery or dialysis which whenever you call for a normal appointment they say dialysis and cancer patients are top priority.. dispatchers are rude, drivers don't know anything besides what listed on the tablet and when trying to talk to supervisors about your concerns you get hung up on when they don't want to get lectured for making a dialysis patient late to dialysis also they don't like to give names when asked for them... the time of arrival are the same 3 days a week.. but we... read more

These people are very friendly very helpful WITH everyone they give you a scadural of times were they be take you were you want to go . Very awesome liven people ...it cost a little but hey it's worth it . Especially if you can't get in a car if your disabled.. I've been in a wheelchair for 2years now I can't walk had 2 surgery on bottom of my foot ... between them an kvcap is my transportation and there all wonderfully people.. I love them all ....

These People have so much Respect for there custumers there awsome KVCAP IS THE SAME WAY. I LOVE THEM ALL.AND THEY ARE SO HELPFUL.
