Same here, a truely horrible and impersonal experience provided at a time when I was in need of support. And same here, service filled with broken promises and lack of priority, service charged at a premium. When I raised this issue, Aaron got dismissive, upset and even aggressive. It is the worst choice you can make with a family lawyer. Shameful
