Rocked up with a flat battery. Was dropped and collected at hospital while they hunted for a new one, sadly unavailable. Given a jump and sent off with a smile Super service and they didn't get a cent for it. These people will go the extra mile for you.

Although I had to wait for an appointment and the repair took some time, I completely understand since it’s an old car and parts can be harder to source. Got a WOF at the Kenepuru site while I waited. Staff were very friendly and helpful about the concerns I had for my car.
Terrible!!! I went to these guys to support local and they were far cheaper than Ford, BUT they failed to tell me when the vehicle was ready which was a problem as I had a child in need of medical attention but no way to get her to A+E. It makes you wonder what else they forgot when they serviced the car... I'm also not sure what kind of person takes another mans tire caps but two of my metal ones we gone after the tire values were replaced.
