I had the most horrible experience at Fairway with kendrick.!we used him to buy our home and thought we would use him again since he had all our info already even though things didnt go that well the first time. After 2-1/2 months and repeated false reasurances we went somewhere else and got a way better rate immediately and our appraisel came in twenty nine thousand higher allowing us to drop the PMI
