First time homebuyer & was a bit skeptical regarding the home buying process, however Kendra’s patience, consistency, & knowledge made everything rather simple. I went to Kendra to see if I was financially ready to purchase my first home. She was thorough and provide great insight into what goes into the homebuying process, even when considering the investing side of things. One thingI learned was you can get a loan that will cover the mortgage and minor remodeling. Another thing I learned was in addition to saving 3% for a down payment save another 3% for the closing costs. Give Kendra a call if you are looking to buy a home.

Kendra is by far the best loan officer that I worked with. As I was searching for a new home over the past several months, Kendra helped me during various hours of the day by providing quotes and estimates for my monthly payment.
