We came into town for a football game and did not plan ahead with our car situation. We called Kendall Rent a Car and they were so nice and so helpful! Shakina and John were great! They got us in a car right away and were very pleasant to talk to. We ended up extending one day and they were so flexible with that! Fair pricing and great people there. Would highly recommend!!
Jon and Risa were super helpful in getting us into a rental. The airport had zero cars and all the surrounding area were all booked. I highly recommend checking them out if you're in the Eugene area and need a rental.
John and Resa are the BEST! We found ourselves in an urgent need for a rental. We called them and they had a car when the big named agencies did not. Our uber dropped us off at the wrong address. I was able to call them and they picked us up. AMAZING customer service. The rental was for my wife. I was able to do the paperwork with John while she was getting a ride to the dealership. This is a great example of going above and beyond. Honest wonderful customer service would give more than 5 stars if I could.
