Shakina and Jon were excellent to work with! I was in need of a large van to use for Hood to Coast and they came through with the perfect vehicle. I knew I needed to make my reservation months in advance of the event, and Jon and Shakina were great at maintaining regular communication to ensure that my vehicle would be ready on the day of the race. They really have the rental system dialed in for sure!
Super efficient everyone hussles to get you in a vehicle from office staff to guy washing & prepping on the lot. Showed up without a res on a busy monday they put me in brand new subaru & I was out the door in less that 15 min.
Attention ! Si vous êtes touristes comme nous quoi. Il vous faudra impérativement une couverture d'assurance perso que les compagnie comme AVIS, HERTZ etc... Ont d'office et donc comme nous n'avons pas cette assurance ( même la carte de crédit ne fait pas l'affaire pour l'assurance...) laissez tomber. Dommage car ils sont bien notés mais par les américains. Attention aussi aux prix annoncés sur le site. Rien à voir avec la réalité. Bref je crois qu'il vaut mieux passer par une agence connue. These guys really came through when I was in a crunch. My son was competing in Nike Outdoor Natl's and we had to have an SUV/Truck for all his gear. Everybody else was out. Kendall came through, made it happen, and got us in a full size GMC! Entire staff friendly and professional. Will definitely use them next year.
Bring a CREDIT CARD if you need to rent a vehicle. Cash, check, and debit cards are not accepted due to a few "bad actors". The customer service is outstanding, and the car is great too!
