John and Resa are the BEST! We found ourselves in an urgent need for a rental. We called them and they had a car when the big named agencies did not. Our uber dropped us off at the wrong address. I was able to call them and they picked us up. AMAZING customer service. The rental was for my wife. I was able to do the paperwork with John while she was getting a ride to the dealership. This is a great example of going above and beyond. Honest wonderful customer service would give more than 5 stars if I could.
I recently used Kendall Rent A Car to rent a cargo van to transport plants. The customer service was top notch. Jon and Tracy were great to work with. The entire staff from the first phone call to the time you walk in the door is friendly and courteous. The rates were reasonable and I could not be happier with the experience. The next time I need a car rental Kendall will be my first call.
