I was trying to tell the lady what I needed. She interrupted me in the middle of a sentence. And I told her “Ma’am I was trying to explain that.” She then said “We only handle people who are kind.” I politely said “Ma’am I am being kind however you interrupted me in the middle of a sentence”. She then stated “Perhaps you should call another attorney. We can’t help you” and hung up. I never raised my voice. She must have had a bad morning at home. But she definitely doesn’t need to be handling calls.
