Very unprofessional and unethical. Overcharged my mother and to date will not return a phone call so my mother can retain her tax records
James and Emma are the best. They’ve given us their undivided attention and total dedication to doing a great job in a timely manner. They value their clients and it shows! Not to mention the atmosphere in the office is like a family friendly sit com with 2 very interesting characters...professional but fun! They’ve been great to work w these past 2 years. Love them!
Don't do it. Under any circumstances. It's 2019 and we CANNOT for the life of anyone find out what happened with our 2015 taxes. I don't think he knows what he did with them.

I only wish I could rate this guy a ZERO. He was extremely unprofessional, tried to get money from a sweet widow by LYING about their taxes, and even made horrible comments about what she could do to "make the money she owed him." He never provided any paperwork and when we finally called the IRS to find out the truth about what she owed, we found out she owed NOTHING. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOK!!!
