Great experience, beginning to end, purchasing bedroom furniture
We paid in full for three stools at Kendall. We bought and supplied the material to cover them at their suggestion. We ordered the stools in July and were told it would take 6-8 weeks. It is now the last week in October, and we still don't have the stools. We have been given multiple excuses and promises for delivery, and they still have not arrived. We have been told on multiple occasions that someone from Kendall would call us back with an explanation, and no one ever calls. We are the ones who must continually call them. ... read more
