They deserve 0 stars. They try to double collect on bills from 3 years ago that were paid thru Baptist Health. Sad when your loved one almost died from Cancer and has spent the last 3 years fighting it and you have to argue with these people and prove you have already paid the bill. They never answer the phone nor do they return your call when you leave a message. Baptist Health isn't much better. They will not even try to help you get it straightened out. I just called to get assistance with a bill (which their website is now reporting that I don't have an account) the person forwarded me to a generic voicemail box. No name, no explanation..... HELLO!?!

This company is operating without a license since 2000. You can search them at the Florida Office Of Financial Regulation. (That's where they get the license to render their service). They are collecting debts without a license. If they contact you regarding a debt request their license. They are required to release it even if they say they don't. Call federal agencies to report them.

this company is Bad, is a collection agency they never bother to call people back, every time you called no one is in the office, how can they collect their bills.I cannot understand how Baptist uses them, I could do a better job collecting bills. There is no motivation to work.
