They deserve 0 stars. They try to double collect on bills from 3 years ago that were paid thru Baptist Health. Sad when your loved one almost died from Cancer and has spent the last 3 years fighting it and you have to argue with these people and prove you have already paid the bill. They never answer the phone nor do they return your call when you leave a message. Baptist Health isn't much better. They will not even try to help you get it straightened out.
