Initially, the independent living section at Kendal on Hudson was wonderful, however as our loved one stepped down to the care sections, their experience declined and our concerns grew. Due to several upsetting incidents, we asked about placing a camera in their room. We were informed cameras were NOT permitted by Kendal on Hudson (except in independent living). Have work at kendal for about 6 years. Kendal has change for the worse. HR department is currently being ran by a group of amateurs. Nadine is constantly misplacing paperwork and is not aware of the term communication. She actually placed paperwork in shedit box and spend an entire day searching through it. Fred is constantly on the phone placing sports bets, and does not know how to speak to his staff. Jaykote is a racist arogent person who does not know how to speak and degrades everyone.
