Ken Brown made our Christmas so special! He beautifully engraved personal gifts for my parents, and they LOVED them. He made our Covid-Christmas a nicer experience by adding this personal touch since we couldn’t be together in person. Thank you @KenBrown!
I went to Ken Browns office to get a knife I had bought for my husband engraved. I sat down with him and approved the font/design. He did a good job on the engraving my husbands name but he wrote his name on the blade of the knife without telling me he was going to do this. I was so upset I didn't know how to react so I just paid and left. I can not understand why he would need to sign his name on the knife I would give my husband.
