Booked an appointment for a massage and specifically asked about blue cross coverage on the phone and they said they covered blue cross. But I got a call shortly before my appointment saying that my massage therapist is registered with all insurance companies except blue cross and that I would have to pay the full 98$. Super inconvenient as I am from outside the city and drove all way there just to cancel the appointment

I had a physiotherapy appointment with Samantha this afternoon. She was so warm, comforting and completely intune with what i needed. The joint mobilization techniques, combined with, ultrasound and ice were the perfect combination that I needed for my hip to feel wat better!! I can't thank you enough Samantha!!!
It is a great place for Physio and Massage. Anshika is a great physiotherapists she has helped me so far with my back and shoulders, highly recommended 100/10 😀
Anshika was awesome! Her bedside manner, knowledge, and ability to explain what was going on with me and the ins and outs of my treatment plan were amazing.
