I have been getting my taxes done for over 10 years with Kenan Financial. I never have any problems- very knowledgeable, helpful and filed in a timely manner.
I have been doing business with Kenan financial services going on 4 years now. Never had any issues. He takes his time and does the best he can do. I live 45 minutes away from his office and I continue to take the drive to get good service.
Maybe he saves all his energy, attentiveness, call backs, and return emails for his older clients, I tried him for 2 years. Had to practically chase him down, especially the 2 nd time. I asked him for a copy of my last return, recently if that went smooth I would be able to tell if his business practices and efficiency improved. It’s been almost 4 weeks not 1 call back, only 1 email and always a promise to send it today.
