Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a spa before. I had booked two facials for a specific time, however, the time is changed with no warning until one month later when I got the reservation reminder 24 hours before the appointment. I called the spa and They offered no explanation. The service agent said I could send an email that would get sent to the manager, but I never received a response.
