I signed a contract with this attorney over a year ago. Since then, I have received no updates or action on my case. My emails are returned undelivered. My phone calls and voicemails are not answered. My messages through the office are not returned. I understand attorneys get busy, but a full year with zero communication after a signed contract is unacceptable!!!
BEWARE - DO NOT HIRE ATTORNEY I hired this Attorney to get me a "Certified Small Estate Affidavit" for chase bank, which i was never given after 6 months of waiting on them to do there job, and also paying $1,000 upfront, then to be told I owe $154.36, 6 months later, which i paid..! Then I was given a Copy of the Small estate Affidavit, i was told that i have to go to court myself and pay for it to get what the bank needs. I'm encouraged by his advice. I might send my paperwork in to see if he is able to help me understand why my Dec brothers will has not been probated.Nor 1/2 of the money is supposed to be mine.
