BEWARE - DO NOT HIRE ATTORNEY I hired this Attorney to get me a "Certified Small Estate Affidavit" for chase bank, which i was never given after 6 months of waiting on them to do there job, and also paying $1,000 upfront, then to be told I owe $154.36, 6 months later, which i paid..! I'm encouraged by his advice. I might send my paperwork in to see if he is able to help me understand why my Dec brothers will has not been probated.Nor 1/2 of the money is supposed to be mine.
