Unreasonable costs. They charged $500 for a simple vehicle tow from a driveway (not a ditch or anywhere complicated) for a distance of 3 miles. You can likely find a better deal anywhere else. Also impolite office staff.

On July 4th, of all times, my truck decided to completely die on the off ramp of the freeway, while towing my boat to the lake. Weber showed up very quickly, already knew they needed 2 trucks for my truck and boat, and made a great recommendation to a local shop for repair as well. Outstanding service, on a holiday, and very nicely done! Kudos to your crew!!

Warning: Be very careful with this towing company. They refused to provide a price estimate before picking up the vehicle, and once they had the car, they charged whatever they wanted. In my case, they charged nearly three times more than what other towing companies typically charge for the same service. The lack of transparency and extremely high pricing felt very unfair. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for honest and reasonable towing services.

From the people who picked up the phone to the truck driver who picked up my car, all of the employees were professional and kind. I had an unusual request. They not only accommodated me, but did it with grace, not making me feel as if I was asking too much or that they were "making a one-time exception." They simply stated that they aim to make their customers happy. Their professionalism gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend them. Thanks, Ken Weber!
