Bought a very expense set of outdoor furniture (5k) and was told it was the best but obviously that was incorrect because the minute I had an issue they wanted to charge for the part and to replace it. They don’t believe in their own brands. If I had purchased this on Amazon and had an issue they would have sent me a new part immediately at no cost to me, not even postage. Customer service after the sell is terrible with this store. The brand was Owlee and the manufacturer would not cover the part because they only cover the... read more
