We walked in the store and were not greeted. We inquired about bar stools. One women pointed to the back stating where they were. But offered no assistance. We received no assistance until we decided to leave. As we were leaving, one woman asked if we needed help as we were walking out of the door. There were no other customers in the store, a man looked up as we walked in but said nothing. We assume they didn't need "Black money." We don't pay to be dismissed either. So, we're good. I wish I could give two ratings. I'd give a solid 5 stars for customer service, and 3 stars for inventory. I was greeted right away and toured through the store by a very helpful employee. Unfortunately, I didn't get to make a purchase because I couldn't find much that I loved. I'm certain that others might love lots of things, but for my style preferences there were not many items in stock. My experience at Ken Rash furniture was extraordinary. I walked in the door to a huge open , clean , well organized space filled with what was obviously top of the line, well made furniture. Several employees were there to offer assistance. I needed help with trying to coordinate some deck furniture with a Firepit that was gifted to me. Turns out, the entire staff is not only educated in design but also artistic in their ability to pull things together to suit my needs.
