I was a first time home buyer and had no idea what I was doing, so there was a lot of hand holding required. Ken and his staff were more than helpful, more than competent, they seemed to not only know everything; they anticipated next required moves and had us ahead of the game the whole time! Being a business owner myself, I always do my best to be responsive to the clients personally and Ken always picked up my calls or called me back almost immediately. Highly recommend this office!
