I was a first time home buyer and had no idea what I was doing, so there was a lot of hand holding required. Ken and his staff were more than helpful, more than competent, they seemed to not only know everything; they anticipated next required moves and had us ahead of the game the whole time! Being a business owner myself, I always do my best to be responsive to the clients personally and Ken always picked up my calls or called me back almost immediately. Highly recommend this office!

I highly recommend Ken and his team! He’s incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire lending process smooth and as stress-free as possible. He answered all my questions quickly and was able to get our loan approved in record time during the expedited escrow. It’s rare to find someone so professional and efficient — I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again and would recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable lender.
