Ken and his co-workers were very helpful in guiding my wife and I in purchasing our first home in SLO. He was a huge help in guiding us through the VA process making the process easy. Ken is incredible to work with. Smart, helpful, available, and customer-service oriented are a few adjectives that I'd use to describe Ken. I really wanted to understand many of the details on how the loan approval process worked - Ken took the time to explain things to me in as much (or as little) detail as I wanted. I also had a somewhat unique self-employment situation and Ken was able to work with me to get through underwriting, something that many other lenders weren't willing or able to work with me on.
