Great people, Great Service Ken and his team (especially Kim) go above and beyond the call of duty to find the best rates and will see you at a moment's notice if you need to change your policy in any way. They work hard so I don't have to!
Typical Ken My parents are insured with this guy for their homeowners insurance. I wouldn't say that he is any more or less knowledgeable than the next guy. He is personable and passes a lot of work on to his office staff but hey thats what they are there for right? The funny thing to me is the comment from "darcie" sounds exactly like something Ken would say. He has refereed my soccer games, my sisters soccer games and now my neighbors for years. Veronica must be on her period, Ken May is great! My insurance policy was up and I had some questions for Mercury before I wanted to renew my policy. When I called Ken May Insurance Service Kim answered the phone and I found her to be very nice and professional. I was having a bad day and it was refreshing to hear someone who seamed genuine. This guy does NOT know his own business Seriously. I went to pay my insurance premium and he didn't even know how to make a payment for a company that he claims to have represented for over 20 yrs. When he couldnt figure out how to use the computer he advised me that I would have to wait for his assistant Melissa to come back. When I said that I didn't have that kind of time he instead asked me to hold while he called his "office manager" who was supposedly on maternity leave.
