DO NOT USE THEM! My family and I had the worst experience with Ken Higgins and his firm. For two years in a row, 2022 and 2023, they failed to properly file our taxes and extension, which resulted in penalties of over $50,000. They improperly filed for both me and two of my cousins. In addition to this, they failed to follow up so I only just learned that my 2023 taxes weren't properly filed, which resulted in tens of thousands of additional interest. I would avoid this office if you are a small business looking for guidance. I dealt with a guy named Rob there who I explained my situation to. Basically, I told him I was a new business and would need some help with my tax needs. Weeks would go by with no response. Then finally, when confronted about it via email, he simply stopped replying to me. $300 down the drain.
