Ken took a lot of time answering every question I had. He was always available by phone (nights and weekends included)—which I appreciated SO much as a full time working mom. He has his clients’ best interest in mind. I was nervous to start the loan process, because I have heard it is extremely cumbersome, but Ken and his team made it seamless and easy.
