Tonya was more than knowledgeable and Kerrie got right to work on getting us scheduled for delivery the following day. We purchased a SpeedQueen washer and dryer. I wish I hadn’t waited so long. I called Ken and Kerrie’s when our washing machine broke at our house. I inquired about a new Speed Queen set to replace the other brand we’d been using. We have Speed Queen at another house and love it! Ken and Kerrie’s quoted me a fair price and were able to install the same afternoon. I know that may not always be possible but they were eager to accommodate, really went out of their way to get them installed. My wife and I purchased a new Speed Queen washer & dryer from Ken & Kerrie’s. Tanya was extremely knowledgeable and helped us decide on which model was best for our needs. Both Tanya & Terrie went above and beyond to help make our purchase easy. When it came to delivery Louis & Marvin were both very professional and people orientated.
