I went in with plantar fasciitis and could barely even stand on my left foot. The pain was unreal and I thought I had tried everything…until someone told me I should try physiotherapy. I went to see Jordan and she was amazing! Very knowledgeable and caring. She took the time to hear my concerns and was sure that physio would improve my foot and pain and eventually I would get to my goal of being pain free.
