I accompanied my mother to her recent appointment with Brooke. Brooke is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, kind and went the extra mile to help my mother. She has been struggling with her hearing aids for years. Now for the first time she hears so much better and now smiles all the time. Very professional and welcoming place ! Brooke answered all my questions and informed me of things I didn’t know and even set me up with some custom work ear plugs. She was also very understanding/sympathetic of my condition and how poorly my hearing is at my age. I highly recommend them !
