Start to finish, best experience. Stopped in, met with Barbara who listened and told me exactly what I need. Terry followed up, provided additional information and how best to prepare. The team came out, installed our 25 ft pole perfectly. Couldn’t be happier!! Multiple neighbors stopped by, complimented the decision and asked where we purchased it. I truly can not say enough good things about them. Not only did they come out to my home twice to make sure all was correct before placing the pole, they talked us through the whole process. After the install, I made a mistake that my wife pointed out to me and I got a 25 foot pole when we wanted a 20 foot pole. Completley my fault. I called Kempton and explained. They said take your time, give it the weekend and if you aren't happy with the 25 foot , I will swap it out for the 20 foot with no problem. They truly made it an ... read more
