This location is terrible and traumatized my children. Tiana is the new center director and she pretends to be sweet and concerned about the well being of the kids but she is not. The staff and her are not on the same page when it comes to communication at all. She is passive aggressive in her communication unnecessarily. They have had much staff turnover in the 3’s class for the last 3 months. My daughter is attending for summer only. I love the teachers but it’s a lot of miscommunication with the office. Definitely makes me re think my choice of location
Now that there’s a new director I have zero complaints! My kids love it here!
