I Have been gone from this horrible facility for about two weeks and am feeling so much better. i have never been treated so horrible that I still have nightmares. The night I arrived I was awakened by someone coming to take blood. She wrapped the band on my arm and instead of looking for a vein she went straight for the hand. She jabbed needle and then twisted it. The pain was unbearable and left a bruise and pain in that hand for a week. During my stay slow response to call bells was constant.
