I have been working with Mr. Alan Files to order our truss and lumber package for an upcoming new construction home. His communication, professionalism, and knowledge has been outstanding. 10/10 would recommend and we will be using Kempsville for all of our building materials moving forward!
Good service. Low quality lumber. About 30% of the 2x4x8 studs were unusable for me.
Quick and simple unloading process
Jim was wonderful handling my order and was descriptive and informative. The facility is easy to get to and plenty of space to navigate around (I had a large trailer). Staff is friendly and clear in instruction.
