This was our second time getting our taxes done here and we could not have been more impressed. Both times we were sat with and the accountant went through all our claims and deductions, made suggestions and explained things to us, particularly in regard to our rental property and how we could make it work for us. The last guy from down the road in his upstairs office took some notes from us, sent us away and we waited for his lodgment-the returns and advice given were pitiful. So glad we made the change here. A man had an appointment to his Accountant . A man went there along with his wife. As the man entered the accountant room, his wife followed him inside but she heard the receptionist said something not clear and only she remembered is the word "out". Was it her that the receptionist is trying to stop from following her husband in the accountant's room ? I assume yes as there's no other clients was there. Is this right? That's disrespectful and against the work ethics
Fast work, four tax returns done in about half an hour and I'm 5k richer. Will be coming back next year.
