Disgraceful company - don't return phone calls, don't negotiate payment plans and can't even provide documents that are legal - totally unprofessional and very dodgy
I have received Debt Recovery letter from this company rung them to let them know I don’t owe any money and their answer was to respond to their email or they’ll proceed. No one to talk to and obviously do not want to respond to their email looks very doggie.
These clowns are not real bright. They can't even get a name and address correct. If they can't even get that right, how could you trust them? Very inept. They don't check the basics. Amateurs
